Single and dual axis inclinometer sensorThese 1 and 2 axis inclinometer sensors with signal conditioning give a linear electronic output relative to the measured angle. They can be integrated as a system component to provide information or feedback to the controlling system. Below is a range of standard sensors, but for OEM customers, we can offer modified or custom designs. We specialise in understanding your angle measurement requirements, and then offering the most cost effective solution using our in depth knowledge of the available inclinometer technologies. Single Axis ±45° Electronic Inclinometer Sensor
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
When rotated about its sensitive axis this sensor provides a
linear variation in capacitance which is then electronically
converted into angular data by the onboard circuitry. This
circuit produces an output signal corresponding to
the direction and magnitude of the angular displacement.
There are a choice output configurations, analogue,
ratiometric, digital (PWM) or serial (SDO) for easy integration
into any system. Please click

These inclinometers are extremely sensitive inertial sensors that measure
horizontal angle or vertical deviation with virtually infinite resolution. They
are fully self-contained (closed loop system) and they connect to
a DC power source and a readout or control device for a complete operating system.
The high-level DC output signal is proportional to the sine of the angle of tilt
from as little as +/–1° full range to +/–90° full range. They respond to changes of
slope as small as 0.1 second of arc. Fluid filled units have hysteresis less that 0.0005%
of full range output, and vibration rectification is less than 10 arc seconds/g. Please click the image for more information. |
