These single and dual axis inclinometers are extremely sensitive inertial sensors that measure angle with virtually infinite resolution. They utilise closed loop sensor technology to produce a highly accurate output. They can measure ranges from ±1 to ±90° and respond to changes of slope as small as 0.1 second of arc. LSO Series - High Precision Electronic Inclinometers
The LSO Series is our most rugged general-purpose inclinometer. These inertial sensors meet the needs of a variety of commercial and industrial applications. They offer precise readings with high outputs at lower range frequencies. Each housing is machined from solid aluminium making the LSO ideal for "all weather" applications. These include:

LCF-196 - High Precision Biaxial Electronic Inclinometer
This inclinometer meets the needs of high accuracy applications where high levels of shock and vibration are present. The LCF employs a fluid damped torsion flexure suspension that attenuates input energy to provide repeatability at low frequencies. It is a two-axis unit housed in a 22mm diameter package.  Applications include:

  •  Geophysical movement monitoring
  •  Earth movement and subsidence monitoring
  •  Oil and gas well logging
  •  Dam monitoring

LCF-2000/3000 - 2/3 axis High Precision Electronic Inclinometer
The LCF 2000 / 3000 Series Inclinometer is a two or three axis version of the rugged, high accuracy LCF Series. It is available with a wide range of options including single ended input power, internal temperature sensor and 4-20mA output.  Applications include:

LSR Series - High Precision Electronic Inclinometer
The LSR Series Inclinometer is suitable for applications with limited space.  The compact, cylindrical shape and the "stacking" feature of the LSR facilitate the use of several inclinometers when multi-axis measurement is required. The LSR inclinometer offers the same precise readings with high outputs at lower range frequencies as the LSO Series. The applications include:

AIR-1000 - Inclinometer Display Unit
The AIR-1000 Series is a microprocessor based panel meter designed to take the output from any of the above gravity referenced inclinometers and display it as an angle. The compact unit provides the +/-15VDC sensor excitation, conditions the inclinometer output and displays the angle down to 0.001 degrees. When supplied with an inclinometer it is factory calibrated to that device at several points in the inclinometer's range, and then linearises the input to the closest calibration points. An RS232 output is provided for interfacing to a computer, PLC or printer. Bezel and scratch resistant lenses are sealed to meet requirements of NEMA 4 and a gasket is supplied to seal the unit to a panel.
