Please find below details of our Terms and Conditions of purchase as well as details about our refund and privacy policy. These terms are binding on all orders whether placed via the website, or by phone or fax, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Making A Purchase

Some of our products are available for purchase in our online store. To order products which are not available online, or to get volume pricing on products from the online store, please contact us with your questions or requirements.

Minimum Order Charge

For web orders we have a minimum order charge of £25 (plus carriage plus VAT where applicable). For telephone or other types of order we have a minimum order charge of £50 (plus carriage plus VAT where applicable).

Samples

Samples of our products may be available, depending on the type of product, the nature of the enquiry, and the application in question. Please email us with your request and we will let you know if we can send samples, or if you will need to make a minimum order for these products.

Payment

For UK orders we can accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or by major credit and debit cards.
For international orders we can accept payment by telegraphic transfer (TT), or by major credit and debit cards. If the order value is less than £250 payment by TT must include all banking charges.
For international orders paid for by credit card, we will invoice you in GBP (pounds sterling) and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
For international orders paid by TT, we can invoice either in GBP, EUR or USD, and accept payment in these currencies to our bank. Please advise us at the time of ordering how you would prefer to pay so we can set your details up accordingly and advise you the correct bank details to use.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the internet on our secure server.
When confirmation of order is sent by us, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable before proceeding.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

We accept credit and debit card payments from most of the leading suppliers.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Credit Card Security

For orders placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
For orders placed by phone, fax or email, your credit card details are processed immediately and will not be kept on record (either computer or written) unless you have expressly stated otherwise.

Credit Accounts

Credit accounts are available for customers who order regularly. For the first order it is necessary to pay in advance, however if you submit a credit account application form to us with your first order, we can look at opening a credit account for subsequent orders. Credit accounts are issued subject to status, based on available credit ratings, and are subject to periodic review. We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time and in this event all outstanding balances must be settled immediately.

Shipping And Handling

A shipping and handling charge will be applied to all orders to cover the cost of shipping. The amount will depend on the weight of the delivery, the destination, and the service requested. For UK deliveries we ship by Royal Mail, TNT or UPS. For European road service we use TNT, and for international air freight we use UPS or FedEx.
For online orders you will be given options of the different shipping methods, and the cost of each at checkout. For other orders, we will inform you by phone, fax or email the shipping options and costs at the time of ordering.

Delivery Schedule

If your order is in stock we aim to despatch the same day your order is received for all orders placed before 1pm (GMT), although this may not always be possible during busy periods in which case you order will be sent the next working day.
If your item is not in stock, we will advise you of the anticipated despatch date, and you will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.
For orders made from the EU 17.5% VAT is added, unless a valid VAT number is supplied.
For orders made outside the EU, VAT is not applicable.

Returns Policy

All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defaults at the time of shipping. A full refund or replacement items will be issued if the product is found to be faulty within 14 days of receipt. In this event the item should be returned to us at the buyers cost. Once the fault has been verified, a refund (including original shipping charges) or free of charge replacement will be offered. This is subject to the product being returned with all the original packaging, and showing no signs of tampering or misuse.
Some of our products are offered with a longer guarantee, please ask at the time of ordering, or check the product documentation to find out if this applies to the product you are purchasing.

Level Developments Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on the shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
