HR Administrator

Part-Time (20 hours)

Croydon, Greater London

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support Level Developments as an HR Administrator.

We currently employ 52 people in a variety of roles i.e. production technicians, office administration, stores and logistics etc.

In this diverse role, you will support the HR Director & Finance Director by providing administrative support in all HR processes and procedures.  Working in a friendly team in a busy organisation you will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of the HR Administration service, ensuring you work accurately, efficiently and that you complete all work in a timely manner.

The role will include the following areas of HR:

  • General HR support & communication
  • Administration and involvement of the recruitment and work experience processes
  • Administration of the starters and leavers processes
  • Completing the induction process
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the HR System, updating and filing terms and conditions as required, ensuring records are always accurate
  • Recording accurate data related to our talent development programmes
  • Supporting the performance and absence management processes
  • General HR/confidential reporting as required

To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in Human Resources Administration.  You will be a self-starter with a real can do attitude and the drive to achieve results and get things done.  With minimal supervision you will use your strong problem solving skills and tenacity to manage a demanding workload; prioritising accordingly and dealing with some ambiguity confidently.

You must respect and understand the importance of confidentiality and have a high level of PC/database experience.  We are looking for someone with a positive approach, strong attention to detail, excellent English writing skills and people skills along with CIPD Level 3 certificate+ qualification being desirable.

In return we will offer you a permanent role, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, a competitive salary, the option to join the company annual bonus scheme (subject to eligibility) and 32 days holiday (pro rata as appropriate) including bank and public holidays.
